On May 3, the OCOP Product Consumption Connection Forum in the Mekong Delta closed and opened up many opportunities for more than 200 businesses with 34 trade agreements signed and 1,270 products signed. consumption connection.

The main highlight of this forum is the exhibition space of OCOP products in 32 provinces and cities with 350 booths. Currently, the whole Mekong Delta has 1,276 products that have been recognized with 3 stars or more, accounting for 17.1% of the total products of the country. In which, 66.8% of 3-star products, 30.6% of 4-star products, 2.4% of 5-star potential products, and 3 products that have been recognized as National OCOP products; there are 643 OCOP subjects with 32.8% being enterprises, 17.2% being cooperatives and 48.4% being production and business establishments...

Within the framework of the forum, there are also contests, seminars, and conferences connecting OCOP product consumption. In particular, the OCOP product trade promotion conference in the Mekong Delta with domestic and foreign distributors signed 34 minutes of agreements on trade cooperation. The regional typical OCOP product contest selected 23/51 4-star OCOP products from 12 provinces and cities. The Mango delicacies contest introduces 24 dishes from 8 teams that are catering businesses, restaurant services, tourist attractions, and areas in the province. In which, 16 dishes use mango as the main ingredient, helping to increase the richness of regional cuisine.
