In attempt to assure food safety, STAPIMEX does not purchase raw materials without traceability, not being tested antibiotics prior to buying.
All raw materials lots purchased are traced until ponds and area of harvesting, each raw materials supply resource has its own traceability code including pond number, farmer, harvesting area and following the supplying resource code.
Purchasing area is mainly from Soc Trang, accounts for 80%, the rest 20% are from Bac Lieu and Ca Mau ( of which mainly from Bac Lieu).
